We are aware that all WJCT Alexa Radio Skills are currently not functioning. The following skills are affected:

• WJCT News 89.9 Alexa Skill

• Classical 24© 89.9 HD2 Alexa Skill

• Anthology 89.9 HD3 Alexa Skill

• Jacksonville's Jazz Radio 89.9 HD4 Alexa Skill

• WJCT Radio Reading Service Alexa Skill

We have reported the issue to Amazon and are awaiting a resolution.

In the meantime, you can still listen to WJCT on your Alexa device using one of these alternatives:

• Use TuneIn by voice: Say "Alexa, play WJCT News on TuneIn" (or the name of the station you'd like to hear).

• Choose the station in the Alexa app: Open the Alexa app, search for the WJCT station you want on TuneIn, and play it directly to your Alexa device.

• Use the WJCT app via Bluetooth: Connect your phone to your Alexa device via Bluetooth and stream your preferred station through the WJCT app.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Our streams are fully operational, and this issue is limited to Amazon's Alexa Radio Skill platform. We are actively working with Amazon to get this resolved as quickly as possible and will provide updates here as we learn more.
