    The maintenance on our main website, wjct.org, has completed successfully, and the website is restored to full operation.

    Our main website, wjct.org, will be temporarily down for a scheduled maintenance. Included in this outage is the subdomain websites, jaxmusic.org and oddballpodcast.com

    During this time, our other websites including news.wjct.org, wjct.tv and adaptflorida.org will remain available. Our other digital services including the WJCT Public Media app, and the digital and audio streams should continue to remain available as well.

WJCT News 89.9 TuneIn Stream Not Working on Amazon Alexa

    TuneIn has fixed the issue, and we have confirmed it has been resolved. Please let us know if you continue having any issues regarding this.

    We have received reports and confirmed that our listeners are unable to get "WJCT News 89.9" to play on the TuneIn skill on Alexa. We have reported the issue to TuneIn and are awaiting their response.

    The issue seems to be limited to the TuneIn skill on Amazon Alexa. No other stations or platforms are affected. WJCT News 89.9 is available on Alexa via the iHeart Radio skill. Until the issue is resolved, please use iHeartRadio by asking "Alexa, play WJCT News 89.9 on iHeartRadio."

    Maintenance has completed successfully. All broadcasts and streams are functioning as prior to the maintenance.

    Maintenance is being completed on the WJCT Public Media FM radio broadcast tower starting at 11 p.m. Thursday, July 8, 2021. The process is expect to last less than 10 minutes. During that time, all HD Radio broadcasts will be down, however analog FM should remain on air. As a result of the maintenance, some equipment may need to be rebooted. If it is rebooted, all FM broadcast will be off for about 5 minutes.

    During that time, our radio service will continue to be available via online streaming at wjct.org/listen, the WJCT Public Media app or via smart speakers (i.e. Amazon Alexa or Google Home). Thank you for your patience while this work is completed.
